Educational Review of Your Studies

In order to help develop expertise in the performance and interpretation of CEA-Scan studies, Immunomedics offers departments the option to submit a study to be reviewed by our expert physicians and technologists. In order to perform a thorough review, the Immunomedics staff needs the following information:

  1. A copy of the patient’s entire CEA-Scan study, including:
    1. The raw data in "interfile" or other universal format, on tape or floppy disk.
    2. Whole-body scan or spot views.
    3. Transverse images of the abdomen and pelvis.
    4. On site interpretation of the study.
  2. A detailed patient history
  3. Serum CEA levels
  4. Liver function tests
  5. Colostomy site (if applicable)
  6. A copy of the scan and the report of the most recent abdominal and pelvic CT

Please call 888-605-8200 (Choose option #4) in the US, and in Europe click for a list of numbers, and ask to speak to a nuclear medicine technologist before submitting any scan to us. That will ensure that the computer data are compatible with our system.
